Considering submission made by learned<br \/>\n\tadvocate Mr. Thakkar.  The same question raised and involved in<br \/>\n\tpresent petition would require detailed examination. Hence Rule.  To<br \/>\n\tbe heard with SCA no. 3591\/2011.  Ad interim relief in terms of para<br \/>\n\t14 B subject to compliance of section 17 B of I. D. Act, 1947.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">However,<br \/>\n\tthis Court has made it clear that in case if earlier, while<br \/>\n\tchallenging rejection of approval application and order passed on<br \/>\n\tcomplaint under section 33(a) of I. D. Act, 1947 if any payment is<br \/>\n\tmade by present petitioner to respondent workman under section 17 B<br \/>\n\tof I. D. Act, 1947 and same is to be continued then further<br \/>\n\tcompliance of section 17 B of I. D.
