The competent authority shall take<br \/>\nappropriate decision within 10 days and intimate the applicant<br \/>\naccordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4.\tWith<br \/>\nthe above direction, present application is disposed of.  Rule is<br \/>\nmade absolute to the aforesaid extent.
