The applicant- convict has stated in his<br \/>\napplication that he has six daughters in the family, of whom three<br \/>\nare of marriageable age.  His presence, therefore, is required to<br \/>\nenable the convict to undertake the process of engagement of his<br \/>\ndaughters.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\t RULE.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\"> Mr.Kartik Pandya,  learned Additional Public Prosecutor waives<br \/>\nservice of rule on  behalf of the respondent-State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">3.\tThe learned<br \/>\nAPP has invited attention of the Court to the Jail remarks.   Nothing<br \/>\nadverse is noticed from the convict&#8217;s Jail remarks.  The convict has<br \/>\nundergone 4 years, 2 months and 5 days in Jail as on 26th<br \/>\nApril 2011. The convict had enjoyed furlough on two occasions;<br \/>\ninitially in August 2010 and thereafter in February\/ March 2011.  He<br \/>\nhas reported in time on both the occasions.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">4.\tFor the<br \/>\ncontents of the application, the same is allowed. The convict is<br \/>\nordered to be released on  temporary bail for a period of one<br \/>\nmonth<br \/>\nfrom the date of his release on his executing a<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.5000\/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the Jail authorities.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">5.\tThe convict<br \/>\nshall surrender himself to the Jail authorities on expiry of the<br \/>\nabove temporary bail period.\tThe application is allowed.  \tRule is<br \/>\nmade absolute.
