SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                      --------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)NO.20859 OF 2007\n                       -------------------------\n          DATED THIS THE 13th DAY OF JULY, 2007\n\n                             JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The petitioner challenges proceedings under the Cardamom<\/p>\n<p>(Travancore) Rules, 1935.        Notices have been issued.       The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner has filed his objections and matter was heard.        The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner filed this writ petition apprehending that immediately<\/p>\n<p>after passing orders, the same would be implemented demolishing<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner&#8217;s building.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    I have heard the learned Government pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>so far as against the orders to be passed, the petitioner has a right<\/p>\n<p>of appeal before the Appellate Authority, I am of opinion that the<\/p>\n<p>respondents should give the petitioner a breathing time to file an<\/p>\n<p>appeal against the orders to be passed if the same is against the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      In the above circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>with a direction that the orders to be passed pursuant to the<\/p>\n<p>impugned proceedings shall not be implemented for a period of<\/p>\n<p>seven days of passing the order so as to enable the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W.P.(c)No.20859\/07                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>move the Appellate Authority and obtain stay.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                        S.
