THE ANCHAL ADHIKARI, BASANTPUR, POLICE STATION BASANTPUR,\n      DISTRICT SIWAN\n                               *******\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">3       03\/11\/2011              Nobody appears on behalf of the petitioner to<\/p>\n<p>                     press this writ application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                As per the averments made in the counter<\/p>\n<p>                     affidavit, it appears that the encroachment has been<\/p>\n<p>                     removed from the road which is C.S. Plot no. 309 and<\/p>\n<p>                     R.S.
