Ashaiah &amp; Ors.                                               ...Respondents\n\n                                     ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">         None appears for respondent Nos.1 to 6, though served.<\/p>\n<p>         Leave granted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">         Appellant before us is a complainant who alleges offences punishable under<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/556166\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 468<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1466184\/\" id=\"a_1\">471<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1436241\/\" id=\"a_2\">420<\/a> IPC, stating that the respondent Nos.1 to 6 had forged and<\/p>\n<p>fabricated documents enabling them allegedly to grab the property of the appellant.<\/p>\n<p>By the impugned judgment, the High Court has quashed the complaint arising from<\/p>\n<p>F.I.R. in Crime No.325 of 2002 only on the ground that earlier the respondents had<\/p>\n<p>instituted a Civil Suit in which they obtained an injunction. In our view, the High<\/p>\n<p>Court had erred in setting aside the complaint on the above ground. It appears that<\/p>\n<p>the High Court had assumed that the dispute between the parties was of a civil<\/p>\n<p>nature. In our view, the High Court has committed that error.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                                                     &#8230;.2\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">Crl.A&#8230;.@ SLP(Cr) 4384\/06..contd..<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">           Consequently, the impugned judgment is set aside and the said F.I.R. in<\/p>\n<p>Crime No.325 of 2002 shall stand revived for investigation in accordance with law.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">           Criminal Appeal is allowed accordingly.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                                       &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;&#8230;.J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">                                                          (S.H.
