Whether Allahabad Bank is giving notional benefit of 5 years to VRS Optees who are getting\n      pension under new\/old pension scheme after completion of 15 years service or further.\n   5. Details of employees who opted for NPS in Allahabad Bank and whether transfer of fund was\n      done in single financial year, if no then details.\n\n      RTI application No. 2\n   1. Designation and name of competent authority of the bank who allowed to transfer the fund in New\n      Pension Scheme(NPS) in various years whereas it was supposed to be transferred in a single year.\n   2. The Information was claim exempted u\/s 8(1)(e)\n Grounds for first appeal:\nComplete information was not provided by the PIO.\n\nRelevant Facts<\/pre>\n<p> emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p>The following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Mr. Bharat Bhushan;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent : Mr. Shiv Om Sharma, Deemed PIO &amp; Manager Law;\n<\/p>\n<p>        The respondent has stated that with respect to RTI application no2 the employee wise<br \/>\ndetail\/bifurcation of 9.10 crores transfer and Rs.0.20 crores transfer is not available. The Commission<br \/>\ndirectress the PIO to inform the Appellant if these records were weeded out. If they are claimed to be<br \/>\nweeded out a copy of the weeding out rules and copy of the destruction of records register shall be<br \/>\nprovided to the Appellant.
