Learned advocate Mr.Darji<br \/>\nfor opponent Nos.5 to 7 is not present despite three calls.  Opponent<br \/>\nNos.2, 4, 8 and 9 have not chosen to contest though they have been<br \/>\nserved the notice of Rule.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tIn<br \/>\nview of the fact that the award against the vehicle insured by the<br \/>\napplicant is held to be not responsible for the accident and in view<br \/>\nof the fact that the Tribunal had held that the driver, owner and the<br \/>\napplicant to be jointly and severally liable to pay compensation<br \/>\nalong with other driver, owner and insurer, ad-interim relief granted<br \/>\nearlier deserves to be confirmed by making the relief interim during<br \/>\nthe pendency of the appeal.
