Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :17\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                           ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n                         ===============\n                     W.P.(C) NO. 12289 OF 2004 K\n                    ====================\n\n            Dated this the 17th day of September, 2008\n\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The petitioner, who was appointed as a Lecturer was placed in the<\/p>\n<p>senior grade by Ext.P1 w.e.f.10\/10\/2000.     This was approved by the<\/p>\n<p>University, but however, his arrears have not been paid for the period<\/p>\n<p>from 10\/10\/2000 to 31\/3\/2003. It is with this grievance, the writ petition<\/p>\n<p>was filed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    It is now pointed out by the standing counsel for the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent and also the learned Government Pleader that subsequently<\/p>\n<p>the claim has been admitted on 12\/7\/2004 and the benefits are disbursed<\/p>\n<p>and the amount encashed on 31\/7\/2004.
