Learned counsel, Mr.Devang Vyas is<br \/>\npresent in the Court and waives service for the members of the APMC,<br \/>\nwho are permitted to be newly joined as respondents herein and who<br \/>\nare declared to have been elected as aforesaid.  NOTICE<br \/>\nis ordered to be issued to newly joined respondent no.5 making it<br \/>\nreturnable on 20th<br \/>\nJanuary 2011.
