The State Of Bihar\n             2. The District Magistrate, Gaya\n             3. The Sub-Divisional Office, Sadar, Gaya\n             4. This     matter        was     taken         up<\/p>\n<p>                   yesterday, i.e on 17.11.2011 when none<\/p>\n<p>                   appeared     on     behalf    of    the    petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                   learned      counsel        for    the     state        was<\/p>\n<p>                   present. The same situation exists today<\/p>\n<p>                   when    none      appears     on    behalf        of     the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner,        however,       Mr.    Ranjan        Kumar<\/p>\n<p>                   Singh, learned Assisting Counsel to AAG-<\/p>\n<p>                   7 is present.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                A    counter     affidavit      has        been<\/p>\n<p>                   filed on behalf of the respondents.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">                                The     writ     petition       has        been\n\n                   filed     for      quashing       the     order        dated\n\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                   15.5.2008 passed by the Sub Divisional<\/p>\n<p>                   Officer, Sadar, Gaya whereby the licence<\/p>\n<p>                   of     the   petitioner        under      the      Public<\/p>\n<p>                   Distribution System Control Order,                     2001<\/p>\n<p>                   bearing      Licence        No.01\/1984      has        been<\/p>\n<p>                   cancelled.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">                    The        petitioner              has        filed<\/p>\n<p>      statutory appeal giving rise to Supply<\/p>\n<p>      Appeal     No.37         of     2008       and     which       is<\/p>\n<p>      pending before the appellate authority,<\/p>\n<p>      i.e     the        District          Magistrate,             Gaya<\/p>\n<p>      respondent         no.2       in     the    present         writ<\/p>\n<p>      petition.
