REETA CHAUHAN, W\/O VIJAY CHOUDHARY, R\/O\n                   VILLAGE-VAGADH, P.S.-DINARA, DISTRICT-ROHTAS.\n                                              ..................RESPONDENTS.\n                                 -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   01.04.2011             Petitioner is aggrieved by the appointment of<\/p>\n<p>                 respondent no.8 as Anganwari Sevika.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           Learned counsel for the petitioner submits<\/p>\n<p>                 that the enquiry was held and in that enquiry it has<\/p>\n<p>                 already been found that her appointment was illegal.<\/p>\n<p>                 However, admittedly, petitioner has not filed complaint<\/p>\n<p>                 against such appointment of respondent no.8, in terms<\/p>\n<p>                 of the Guidelines, before the Collector till now.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           The appointment of respondent no.8 was<\/p>\n<p>                 made in 2004. Therefore, there is gross delay and<\/p>\n<p>                 laches in the matter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                           This Court is not inclined to entertain the writ<\/p>\n<p>                 application and the same is dismissed.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">      Arvind\/                         ( J.
