JAHANGIR ALAM\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.   25.03.2011.                Heard the learned counsels for the<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                The petitioner being the Headmaster<\/p>\n<p>                   is     apprehending            his    arrest     in      a     case<\/p>\n<p>                   registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1326844\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 409<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1436241\/\" id=\"a_1\">420<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                   Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                It is alleged against the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                   that the petitioner has not submitted the<\/p>\n<p>                   register, D. C. Bills and vouchers for the<\/p>\n<p>                   period       prior earlier to January,2009.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">                                It     is   submitted        by     the     learned\n\n                   counsel       for        the     petitioner           that      the\n\n                   petitioner         handed      over    the     charge    to     the\n\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                   present Headmaster who is the informant of<\/p>\n<p>                   the case on 24.02.2010 whereas the F.I.R.<\/p>\n<p>                   was    forwarded          to     the     Block        office     on<\/p>\n<p>                   02.08.2010 which ultimately reached to the<\/p>\n<p>                   police station on 09.08.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                Considering the aforesaid facts, let<\/p>\n<p>                   the petitioner, above named, be released on<\/p>\n<p>                   bail    in    the    event      of     arrest    or    surrender<\/p>\n<p>                   before       the    learned      court       below     within    a<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        period    of     twelve   weeks    from     today    in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Karakat P.S. Case No. 157 of<\/p>\n<p>        2010 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>        (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>        amount    each    to   the   satisfaction      of   the<\/p>\n<p>        learned   S.D.J.M.,Bikramganj(Rohtas)          subject<\/p>\n<p>        to the conditions as laid down under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_2\">Section<\/p>\n<p>        438(2)<\/a> of the Code of Criminal Procedure.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_2\">U.
