This Court has also gone through the documents annexed<br \/>\nwith the petition. Taking into consideration the entire facts of the<br \/>\ncase, this application deserves to be allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">5.\t\tIn<br \/>\nthe event of arrest of the applicants in connection with the  CR<br \/>\nNo.II-2405 of 2008 of  GEB Police Station, Rajkot, they shall be<br \/>\nreleased on bail in respect of offence\/s alleged against them in this<br \/>\napplication on executing a bond of Rs.10,000\/- each (Rupees ten<br \/>\nthousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, by the<br \/>\nconcerned Police Officer and on condition that they shall:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">(a)\tdeposit<br \/>\na sum of Rs.50,00,000\/- before the trial \tCourt within two weeks from<br \/>\ntoday without \tprejudice to their rights \tand contentions;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">(b)\tremain<br \/>\npresent before the trial Court regularly\tas and when directed on the<br \/>\ndates fixed;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">(c)\tremain<br \/>\npresent at the concerned Police Station\ton 3.11.2008 between 11.00<br \/>\na.m. to 5.00 p.m.;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">(d)\tmake<br \/>\nthemselves available for interrogation by a\tPolice Officer, whenever<br \/>\nand wherever required;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">(e)<br \/>\nnot directly or indirectly make any inducement\tthreat or promise to<br \/>\nany person acquainted with\tthe facts of the case so as to dissuade<br \/>\nfrom\tdisclosing such facts to the Court or to any\tPolice Officer;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">(f)\tnot<br \/>\nto obstruct or hamper the police\tinvestigation and not to play<br \/>\nmischief with the\tevidence collected or yet to be collected by the<br \/>\n\tpolice.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">(g)\tat<br \/>\nthe time of execution of bond, furnish the\tresidential address to the<br \/>\nInvestigating Officer \tand the Court concerned and shall not change<br \/>\nhis \tresidence till the final disposal of the case or \ttill further<br \/>\norders.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">(h)\tnot<br \/>\nleave India without the permission of the\tCourt and if having<br \/>\npassport, shall deposit the\tsame before the trial Court within a<br \/>\nweek.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">6.\t\tOn<br \/>\ndeposit of aforesaid amount of Rs.50,00,000\/- before the trial Court<br \/>\nby the accused   applicants, the trial Court shall deposit the said<br \/>\namount in Fixed Deposit in any nationalized bank in the name of the<br \/>\nNazir for a period of six months.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">7.\t\tIt<br \/>\nwould be open to the Investigating Officer to file an application for<br \/>\nremand, if he considers it proper and just, and the concerned<br \/>\nMagistrate would decide it on merits.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">8.\t\tThis<br \/>\norder will hold good if the applicants are arrested any time within<br \/>\n90 days from today. This order for release on bail will remain<br \/>\noperative only for a period of ten days from the date of his arrest.<br \/>\nThereafter, it will be open to the applicants to make a fresh<br \/>\napplication for being enlarged on bail in usual course which when it<br \/>\ncomes before the competent Court, will be disposed of in accordance<br \/>\nwith law, having regard to all the attending circumstances and the<br \/>\nmaterials available at the relevant time uninfluenced by the fact<br \/>\nthat anticipatory bail was granted.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_17\">9.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
