Respondents\n                               -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.   17\/09\/2010         Grievance of the petitioner is that his<\/p>\n<p>                  juniors have been promoted to I.A.Trained and<\/p>\n<p>                  B.A.Trained scale ignoring him. Therefore, he<\/p>\n<p>                  has prayed for a direction to the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                  grant him those scales from the due dates.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                        Learned       counsel        for    the      respondents<\/p>\n<p>                  submits that in view of Full Bench judgment of<\/p>\n<p>                  this Court in the case of Ram Nath Prasad Singh<\/p>\n<p>                  Vs.   The   State    of    Bihar    &amp;    Ors.,   reported    in<\/p>\n<p>                  2009(3)     PLJR   384,    exercise      of   preparation   of<\/p>\n<p>                  fresh gradation list is under way in all the<\/p>\n<p>                  districts. He assures that the grievances of the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner will be considered by the respondents<\/p>\n<p>                  once the said list becomes final.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                        In    that    view   of   the      matter,    this   writ<\/p>\n<p>                  application is disposed of with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>                  the respondents to consider his grievances and<\/p>\n<p>                  his seniority vis-\u00e0-vis other junior persons,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>           who    are    alleged    to    have    been    granted           those<\/p>\n<p>           scales       ignoring    the    petitioner.          If     as    per<\/p>\n<p>           gradation list, petitioner&#8217;s position is found<\/p>\n<p>           above       those   persons,     respondents         shall        pass<\/p>\n<p>           appropriate orders for putting the persons at<\/p>\n<p>           par in terms of their seniority. Petitioner may<\/p>\n<p>           file    a    representation      in    this    regard       to     the<\/p>\n<p>           competent       authority      disclosing      names        of     the<\/p>\n<p>           persons      whom   he   alleges      such    promotions         have<\/p>\n<p>           been     granted     ignoring      his       case.        Once    the<\/p>\n<p>           gradation list is finally published, orders in<\/p>\n<p>           respect of the petitioner must be passed within<\/p>\n<p>           a period of three months thereafter.<\/p>\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Pradeep\/                             ( J.
