No.22635 of 2010\n                             DINESH YADAV SON OF TILAK YADAV\n                                              Versus\n                                    THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p>2.   13.7.2010               Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p>                             The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted for the<\/p>\n<p>                 offence under Sections 304B and 498A of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p>                             In the first information report the allegation against the<\/p>\n<p>                 in-laws of the deceased is that the deceased for ends of dowry was<\/p>\n<p>                 thrown in the well where she died. However, the submission of the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner is that in fact the deceased fell accidentally in the well<\/p>\n<p>                 and information was given to the informant, who came and<\/p>\n<p>                 instituted a false case. Subsequently she filed the petition before<\/p>\n<p>                 the court below retracting from the earlier statement.<\/p>\n<p>                             In view of such, let the petitioner above named, who is<\/p>\n<p>                 in custody since 30.3.2010, be released on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>                 bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n<p>                 amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge, Fast<\/p>\n<p>                 Track Court-I, Banka in S.T.No.557 of 2010 arising out of Chandan<\/p>\n<p>                 (Anandpur) P.S.case No.83 of 2008, subject to the conditions (i)<\/p>\n<p>                 That one of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner who<\/p>\n<p>                 will give an affidavit giving genealogy as to how he is related with<\/p>\n<p>                 the petitioner.
