Chandigarh\n            with Mr. Amar Vivek, Advocate\n            for the respondents.\n\n\nKANWALJIT SINGH AHLUWALIA, J. (ORAL)\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            On October 9, 2009, following order was passed:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            &#8220;Counsel for the respondents states that the U.T.<br \/>\n      Administration is going to scrap the Bed &amp; Breakfast Scheme<br \/>\n      which is allowed to operate from residential houses. He further<br \/>\n      states that requisite orders will be passed by Tuesday.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">            On request, adjourned to 13.10.2009.<br \/>\n            In case, no order is passed in that regard, as mentioned<br \/>\n      above, the operation of the impugned order shall be deemed to<br \/>\n      have been stayed from Tuesday onwards. To the contrary, if<br \/>\n      any such order is passed, then the petitioner will be at liberty to<br \/>\n      avail remedy, against that order, as per law.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">            Copy of the order be given to counsel for the<br \/>\n      respondents under signatures of the Reader of this Court, for<br \/>\n      necessary compliance.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">            Today, Mr. Anupam Gupta has placed on record the order<\/p>\n<p>passed by the Home Secretary-cum-Secretary Tourism, Chandigarh<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> Civil Writ Petition No.14995 of 2009                                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Administration on 12th October, 2009, whereby the Bed &amp; Breakfast<\/p>\n<p>Scheme has been scrapped.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">               Liberty has already been granted to the petitioner to assail<\/p>\n<p>this order in order dated October 9, 2009.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">               In view of this, present writ petition is disposed of, with the<\/p>\n<p>liberty already granted to the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">               Mr. Arun Palli appearing for the petitioner further states that<\/p>\n<p>this order should not be construed to interpret that petitioner will not be<\/p>\n<p>able to raise any other argument.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">               Petitioner may raise any argument, which is available to him,<\/p>\n<p>if he proposes to file a petition assailing the Scheme and the impugned<\/p>\n<p>order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">                                        [KANWALJIT SINGH AHLUWALIA]<br \/>\n                                                             JUDGE<br \/>\nOctober 13, 2009<br \/>\nrps\n <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Punjab-Haryana High Court V.
