Respondents\n                                 ----------------------------------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">09.   10.08.2011            The present L.P.A. is filed by one Mithilesh<\/p>\n<p>                   Kumar Rai a Lawyer appearing before the Central<\/p>\n<p>                   Administrative Tribunal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                            The main grievance is that the State of<\/p>\n<p>                   Bihar has not provided the place which is adjacent<\/p>\n<p>                   to High Court for constructing a building. Even<\/p>\n<p>                   though the amounts have been made ready vide<\/p>\n<p>                   Cheques No.-435723 dated 31.03.2009 and 435725<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                          2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>       dated 31.03.2009 a direction is sought for in the<\/p>\n<p>       appeal to the State Government to provide a place<\/p>\n<p>       for construction of building.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                 But however a supplementary counter<\/p>\n<p>       affidavit has been filed on behalf of the State with an<\/p>\n<p>       undertaking at paragraph-6 that in the proposed<\/p>\n<p>       Multi Storied Combined Tribunals Building, Bailey<\/p>\n<p>       Road, Patna, requisite space will be provided to<\/p>\n<p>       Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Patna Bench,<\/p>\n<p>       also.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                 As the process is going on, recording the<\/p>\n<p>       undertaking at paragraph-6 of the supplementary<\/p>\n<p>       counter affidavit, we are of the opinion that the<\/p>\n<p>       matter can be closed for the present.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                 The Application stands disposed of.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                       (T.
