F.31\/KV\/NER Bly\/2008-09\/350 dated 06\/01\/2008 issued by the Principal K.V.<br \/>\nBareilly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">1.     In the above cited letter it is informed that &#8220;this is to inform you that the period<br \/>\n       w.e.f. 29.06.1999 to 16.10.2001 has been treated as dies-none&#8221;. It is therefore<br \/>\n       requested to provide the certified attested copy of the order of the Competent<br \/>\n       Authority i.e. Principal K.V. NER, Bareilly\/Assistant Commissioner KVS<br \/>\n       Dehradun Region \/ Joint Commissioner KVS HQ, New Delhi \/ Commissioner<br \/>\n       KVS, New Delhi.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">2.     The principal KV, NER, Bareilly has issued Relieving order No. F-KV\/NER<br \/>\n       Bly\/2007-08\/695 dated 15.03.2008 in compliance with the Hon&#8217;ble High Court<br \/>\n       Allahabad order dated 13.02.2007 in CMWP NO. 5662\/2005 and in partial<br \/>\n       modification of relieving order dated 28.06.1999 issued to Mr. A.K. Gupta Ex-<br \/>\n       TGT Maths KV, NER, Bereilly is modified to KV Doom Dooma instead of<br \/>\n       KV, Teju, other contains will remain unchanged. It is therefore, requested to<br \/>\n       provide the certified attested copy of revised LPC issued to the Principal, KV,<br \/>\n       Doom Dooma in connection with the revised relieving order, and incompliance<br \/>\n       of modified transfer order dated &#8230;&#8230;&#8230;. issued by the KVS to KV Doom<br \/>\n       Dooma from KV, NER, Bareilly, and incompliance of Hon&#8217;ble CAT Allahabad<br \/>\n       order dated 06.10.2004 in OA No. 607 of 2002.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">3.     It is also requested to provide the acknowledgement receipt to sent the<br \/>\n       modifying relieving order and revised LPC to the Principal KV, Doom Dooma<br \/>\n       in connection with Anil Kumar Gupta Ex- TGT (Maths) KV, NER, Bareilly.<br \/>\n The PIO replied.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Not mentiond<\/p>\n<p>First Appellate Authority Ordered:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">       &#8220;This is to inform you that the required information \/ certified copy of the order<br \/>\nshould be asked from KVS, Dehradun region or the Principal KV, J.R.C., Bareilly.<br \/>\nWhere your Personal file and service book are kept, as this Vidyalaya is not the<br \/>\ncustodian of your Personal records.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">Relevant facts emerging during hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">The following were present.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">Appellant: Mr. Anil Kumar Gupta,<br \/>\nRespondent: Mr. B.D. Oli APIO<br \/>\n               Mr. C.B. Solanki PIO<br \/>\nThe PIO will give the following information to the appellant:<br \/>\nQuery 1. The PIO will the copy of the Memorandum of 27\/11\/2001 with a letter that it<br \/>\nis the only letter regarding treating a certain period as dies-none.<br \/>\nQuery 2. The PIO will give a letter stating that there is no change LPC.<br \/>\nQuery 3.
