Misc.<\/p>\n<p>                      No.11079 of 2011 and Cr. Misc. No.9847 of 2011.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                  Taking that into consideration petitioner is also<\/p>\n<p>                      allowed the same privilege.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                  Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be<\/p>\n<p>                      released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                      (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to<\/p>\n<p>                      the satisfaction of the Additional Sessions Judge, F.T.C.-II,<\/p>\n<p>                      Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Sessions Trial<\/p>\n<p>                      No.151 of 2011 arising out of Chainpur P. S.
