2.      17.8.2011.               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned<\/p>\n
                     counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n
                                 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a
\n                     case registered for the offence under sections 147<\/a>, 148<\/a>, 149<\/a>, 341<\/a>,
\n                     342<\/a>, 323<\/a>, 337<\/a>, 332<\/a>, 353<\/a> and 504<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code. The
\n                     petitioner is one of the named accused.\n<\/p>\n
                                 It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that co-accused<\/p>\n
                     Mahendra Singh Yadav, Surendra Yadav and Md.Ahmad Raja have<\/p>\n
                     been granted anticipatory bail by this court in Cr. Misc. No.6302 of<\/p>\n
                     2011, Cr. Misc. No.3812 of 2011 and 36996 of 2010 on 4.3.2011,<\/p>\n
                     15.3.2011 and 6.1.2011 respectively and the case of petitioner stands<\/p>\n
                     on similar footing.\n<\/p>\n
                                 Taking into consideration the fact that other co-accused<\/p>\n
                     persons having identical allegation have been granted anticipatory<\/p>\n
                     bail by different orders of this court let the petitioner, namely, Md.<\/p>\n
                     Ashif Bismil in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court<\/p>\n
                     below within a period of four weeks from the date of<\/p>\n
                     receipt\/communication of the order be released on bail on furnishing<\/p>\n
                     bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                     amount each to the satisfaction of        Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n
                     Sitamarhi in connection with Parihar P.S. Case No.86 of 2010<\/p>\n
                     subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2)<\/a> of the<\/p>\n
                     Code of Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n
