S.J. MUKHOPADHAYA)<\/p>\n<p>\tCounsel<br \/>\nappearing on behalf of the petitioners while submitted that he was<br \/>\nnot present when the earlier order was passed by this Court also<br \/>\ncontended that the petitioner (husband) is ready to keep the 3rd<br \/>\nrespondent (wife) and son along with him.  It is stated that the<br \/>\npetitioner is ready to pay a certain amount to 3rd<br \/>\nrespondent (wife) and son, but Rs.15,000\/- will be too much to pay<br \/>\nfor the present.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tHaving<br \/>\nheard counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner (husband) and 3rd<br \/>\nrespondent (wife), we modify the order dated 17.09.2008 and ask the<br \/>\npetitioner (husband) to pay a sum of Rs.2,500\/- each (total<br \/>\nRs.5,000\/-) for the wife and son within three weeks, failing which,<br \/>\nCourt will initiate contempt proceedings for violation of this order.<br \/>\n The order passed in Special Criminal Application No.890 of 2008 or<br \/>\nin this case shall not stand in the way of the petitioner (husband)<br \/>\nand 3rd respondent (wife) to live together along with<br \/>\ntheir son.  In view of the order passed in Misc. Criminal Application<br \/>\nNo.12593 of 2008, no further order is required to be passed in Misc.<br \/>\nCriminal Application No.608 of 2009.
