No.37629 of 2010\n                         PRAMOD SINGH, SON OF RAJENDRA SINGH.\n                                                Versus\n                                       STATE OF BIHAR .\n                                              ----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2      22.11.2010           Heard, learned counsel for the petitioner and the State.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The petitioner has been made an accused under <a href=\"\/doc\/619940\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections<\/p>\n<p>                    363<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/886598\/\" id=\"a_1\">365<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it is a case<\/p>\n<p>                    of love affairs. He further submits that co- accused Anil Singh has<\/p>\n<p>                    already been granted anticipatory bail by a bench of this Court.
