ALAMGIR\n                                            Versus\n                                 THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                          -----------\n<\/pre>\n
02    11.02.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well<\/p>\n
                    as learned Public Prosecutor for the State.<\/p>\n
                                  Petitioner seeks his bail in connection with<\/p>\n
                    Rosera P.S. Case No. 148 of 2010 registered under Sections<\/p>\n
                    379<\/a> and 411<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n
                                  Although,    there   is   allegation   against   the<\/p>\n
                    petitioner that he took away the oxen of informant but<\/p>\n
                    admittedly, the aforesaid oxen were recovered from the<\/p>\n
                    possession of another accused. The petitioner does not have<\/p>\n
                    any criminal antecedent.\n<\/p>\n
                                  In view of the aforesaid circumstance above<\/p>\n
                    named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on<\/p>\n
                    furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000\/- (Ten Thousand) with two<\/p>\n
                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                    Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, District-<\/p>\n
                    Samastipur in connection with above stated Rosera P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                    No.148 of 2010.\n<\/p>\n
