Case No. 187\/2010 for offences under <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections<\/p>\n<p>                        323<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1540253\/\" id=\"a_1\">326<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_2\">307<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/1868826\/\" id=\"a_3\">498(A)<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/988620\/\" id=\"a_4\">406<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_5\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">                                     Counter    affidavit   has   been filed.    Petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>                        respectively husband and in-laws of opposite party no. 3 who is<\/p>\n<p>                        daughter of complainant informant opposite party no. 2.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">                                     Submission of Bar is that opposite party no. 3 suffered<\/p>\n<p>                        some paralytic attack and is still under treatment. Petitioners intend to<\/p>\n<p>                        resume and continue the relationship and take her due care and also<\/p>\n<p>                        provide suitable treatment. Opposite parties also give positive<br \/>\n            response by filing counter affidavit.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">                       In view of the above, in the event of filing joint petition of<\/p>\n<p>           compromise or individual petition on behalf of the petitioners, and in<\/p>\n<p>           the event of their arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks, let<\/p>\n<p>           the above-named petitioners be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail<\/p>\n<p>           bond of sum of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand only) each with two<\/p>\n<p>           sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial<\/p>\n<p>           Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran, in connection with Paharpur<\/p>\n<p>           P.S. Case No. 187\/2010, subject to condition under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_6\">section 438(2)<\/a> of<\/p>\n<p>           the Code of Criminal Procedure, and additional condition with respect<\/p>\n<p>           to petitioner Akhilesh Yadav, (in Cr. Misc.
