Though<\/p>\n<p>they say that he is languishing under judicial custody since<\/p>\n<p>7.11.2008 and therefore have sought for a direction of<\/p>\n<p>expeditious trial, learned Government Pleader states that the<\/p>\n<p>case has been handed over to the National Investigating Agency.<\/p>\n<p>We do not deem it appropriate for us to issue any direction to the<\/p>\n<p>respondents at this point of time.
