JUSTICE ABHILASHA KUMARI\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 30\/11\/2010 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.\tAt<br \/>\nthe very outset, Mr.A.S.Supehia, learned advocate for the petitioner<br \/>\nstates that the interest of justice would be met, if the petitioner<br \/>\nis permitted to make a representation to respondent No.2 regarding<br \/>\nappointment on compassionate grounds.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\tUpon<br \/>\nthe above statement being made by the learned advocate for the<br \/>\npetitioner, the following order is passed:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\tIn<br \/>\nthe event that the petitioner makes a representation to respondent<br \/>\nNo.2, the said respondent shall consider and decide the same, in<br \/>\naccordance with law.
