Colonies were accepted on self<br \/>\nIf yes, the details of the same.                                 assessment scheme of regularization.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">Grounds for the First Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO after the stipulated period of 30 days.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">Order of the First Appellate Authority (FAA):<br \/>\nFAA directed the PIO to give complete information within 15 days from the date of the order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">Grounds for the Second Appeal:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">Unsatisfactory information provided by the PIO despite the order of the FAA.<br \/>\n Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">The following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">Appellant: Dr. Jagmohan Singh;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">Respondent: Mr. Kishan Devnani, AE on behalf of Mr. Rajender Prasad, PIO &amp; SE;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">        The PIO has given the information sought by the appellant but is now directed to provide<br \/>\nthe following:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">1-      Attested copies of the regularized building plans in MOR Colonies from 2006 onwards.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_14\">After the plans are given the PIO will facilitate an inspection of records by the appellant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_15\">Decision:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_16\">The Appeal is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_17\">      The PIO is directed to give the copies of regularized building plans in MOR<br \/>\nColonies from 2006 onwards to the appellant before 10 July 2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_18\">If the appellant wants to inspect the records he will do so on 20 July 2010 at<br \/>\n10.30am at the office of PIO.
