2.   12.10.2010            The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Angarghat P.S. Case<\/p>\n
                    No. 07 of 2010 under Sections 456<\/a> and 354<\/a>\/34<\/a> of the Indian Penal<\/p>\n
                    Code.\n<\/p>\n
                              Learned for the petitioner submits that in the F.I.R. only<\/p>\n
                    attempt to commit offence punishable under section 354<\/a> of the Indian<\/p>\n
                    Penal Code is alleged. Further submission is that the offence under<\/p>\n
                    Section 354<\/a> is bailable. It is also submitted that the offence is said to<\/p>\n
                    have taken place out side of the house.\n<\/p>\n
                              In the facts and circumstances of the case, the prayer for<\/p>\n
                    anticipatory bail is allowed and the petitioner, namely, Shyama Rai in<\/p>\n
                    the event of his arrest\/surrender before the court below within the<\/p>\n
                    period of four weeks, is admitted to anticipatory bail on furnishings<\/p>\n
                    bail bond of Rs. 10, 000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like<\/p>\n
                    amount each to the satisfaction of        A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai, Dist-<\/p>\n
                    Samastipur in Angarghat P.S. Case No. 7 of 2010, subject to the<\/p>\n
                    condition as laid down under Section 438(2)<\/a> of the Code of Criminal<\/p>\n
