KRISHNAN, J\n                       -----------------------\n                   CRL.M.C.No. 824 OF 2009\n                  ---------------------------------\n            Dated this the 27th day of February, 2009\n\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     This petition is filed with a prayer to quash all proceedings<\/p>\n<p>in S.T. 20\/2009 pending before the Judicial First Class Magistrate<\/p>\n<p>Court-I, Kozhikode. The learned Magistrate submits before me<\/p>\n<p>that the offences alleged are under Sections 447, 427 r\/w 34 of<\/p>\n<p>the <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_1\">IPC<\/a> which are compoundable offence and the matter has been<\/p>\n<p>compounded between the parties. I direct the parties to file an<\/p>\n<p>application for compounding and further direct the Judicial First<\/p>\n<p>Class Magistrate Court-I, Kozhikode to consider the same and if it<\/p>\n<p>is compounded, to record compounding and dispose of the case<\/p>\n<p>on that day itself, so that further trouble need not be given to the<\/p>\n<p>parties.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The Crl.M.C is disposed of accordingly.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                          M.N.
