Notice of motion to the respondents.\n<\/p>\n<p>2. On the asking of the Court, Sh. Ashok Aggarwal, Additional Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. A copy be supplied to Mr. Aggarwal by the counsel for the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p>3. The petitioner has approached his Court claiming directions against the respondents for granting him the pensionary benefits admissible to the petitioner in accordance with the Rules.\n<\/p>\n<p>4. From the perusal of the record, we find that a legal notice dated March 30, 2006 (Annexure P-4) has already been issued by the petitioner which remains unresponded so far.\n<\/p>\n<p>5. Consequently, we direct respondent No. 3-District Food and Supplies Controller, Sangrur-respondent No. 3 to take a final decision on the aforesaid legal notice Annexure P-4 within a period of 4 months from the date a certified copy of this order is received by passing a detailed and speaking order.\n<\/p>\n<p>6.
