When the<\/p>\n<p>result of the 8th Semester examination was declared, 1st petitioner<\/p>\n<p>failed in Finite Element Analysis, the second petitioner failed in<\/p>\n<p>Advanced Structural Design and the third petitioner failed in<\/p>\n<p>Environmental Engineering. They applied for revaluation and<\/p>\n<p>approached this Court complaining of delay and seeking orders to<\/p>\n<p>expedite the revaluation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    I heard the Standing Counsel appearing for the<\/p>\n<p>respondent University.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.
