Respondents\n\n        Petition  under  <a href=\"\/doc\/1712542\/\" id=\"a_1\">Article  226<\/a>  of  the  Constitution  of India for the\nissuance of a writ of habeas corpus to call for the records in connection with\nthe order of detention passed by the second respondent, dated 17 .02.2006,  in\nOffice Ref.    No.16\/2006  against the petitioner's mother by name Muniyammal,\nnow confined in Special Prison, Vellore, Vellore District, set aside the  same\nand  direct  the respondents to produce the abvoesaid detenue before Court and\nset her at liberty.\n\n!For Petitioner         :  Mr.E.Kannadasan\n\n^For Respondents        :  Mr.V.Arul,\n                        Govt.  Advocate (Crl.  Side)\n\n:O R D E R \n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">(Order of the Court was made by P.SATHASIVAM, J.)   <\/p>\n<p>        Learned  Government  Advocate  informs  this Court that, by Government<br \/>\nOrder in  G.O.Rt.No.686,  Prohibition  &amp;  Excise  (IX)  Department,  dated  10<br \/>\n.04.2006, the detention order passed against the detenue has been revoked.  He<br \/>\nhas also   produced   a  copy  of  the  Government  Order.    Accordingly,  no<br \/>\nadjudication is required in this matter.  Habeas Corpus Petition is  dismissed<br \/>\nas infructuous.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">JI.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">To\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">1.
