Nalwa, Additional Advocate General, Haryana,<br \/>\n             for the respondents No. 1 and 2.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p>AUGUSTINE GEORGE MASIH, J. (ORAL).\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">             Counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2 states that the present<\/p>\n<p>writ petition has been rendered infructuous in view of the fact that the<\/p>\n<p>appropriate Government has decided the demand notice dated 26.09.2006,<\/p>\n<p>vide its order dated 19.01.2009. He states that the demand has been rejected.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">             Counsel for the respondents No. 1 and 2 has placed on record the<\/p>\n<p>communication received by him from the Labour Commissioner, Haryana,<\/p>\n<p>dated 22.01.2009, on the basis of which he has made the statement in the<\/p>\n<p>Court. The same is taken on record.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">             Counsel for the petitioner in the light of the said order states that<\/p>\n<p>permission may be granted to challenge the said order.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> C.W.P. No. 19562 of 2008.                                              -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">            In the light of the above, the present writ petition has been<\/p>\n<p>rendered infructuous.
