The FDR shall be kept with the Nazir of the<br \/>\nTribunal.  The periodical interest that may be accrued on the said<br \/>\nFDR shall be paid to the original claimants.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tPending<br \/>\nthis appeal, without reference to the Court, 30% of the deposited<br \/>\namount is allowed to be withdrawn.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tThe<br \/>\nCivil Application stands disposed of accordingly.
