Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              Petitioner is named in the first information report but it<\/p>\n<p>                    appears from perusal of the first information report that a general and<\/p>\n<p>                    omnibus allegation against the petitioner and some other accused<\/p>\n<p>                    persons has been levelled and subsequently, statement of the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant was again recorded in Sadar hospital, Samastipur on<\/p>\n<p>                    19.9.2003 and in that statement also she levelled a general allegation<\/p>\n<p>                    of assault against the petitioner and others including one Vishwanath<\/p>\n<p>                    Sahni. Furthermore, statement of the informant was recorded in<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Trial no. 34\/2004 and in the said statement, she again<\/p>\n<p>                    levelled general allegation of assault against other accused persons but<\/p>\n<p>                    in that statement she has not stated in respect of the petitioner.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    is in jail custody since 23.2.2011 and having similar allegation some<\/p>\n<p>                    co-accused persons have already been granted privilege of bail by this<\/p>\n<p>                    court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as<\/p>\n<p>                    submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, Ram Kewal Sahni, be<\/p>\n<p>                    released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- with two<\/p>\n<p>                    sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Ist Addl.<\/p>\n<p>                    Sessions Judge, Samastipur in Ujiarpur P.S.
