RAMACHANDRA MENON, J.\n                      -----------------------------------------------\n                              WP(C) No. 1524 of 2010\n                           --------------------------------------\n                   Dated, this the 11th day of February, 2010\n\n                                  J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance<\/p>\n<p>projected in the Writ Petition has already been taken up before the statutory<\/p>\n<p>authorities by way of appropriate proceedings and that the petitioner will be<\/p>\n<p>satisfied, if appropriate direction is given to consider Ext.P3 series appeals<\/p>\n<p>preferred against Ext.P2 common order passed by the first appellate authority.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.     Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">       3.     Considering the facts and circumstances, the 2nd respondent is<\/p>\n<p>hereby directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on Ext.P3 series<\/p>\n<p>appeal in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within one month from the<\/p>\n<p>date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">       4.     It is also brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel<\/p>\n<p>for the petitioner that the penalty imposed upon the petitioner has already been<\/p>\n<p>set aside as borne by Ext.P1 series orders and that the revised consequential<\/p>\n<p>orders are yet to be passed. All further coercive proceedings for recovery<\/p>\n<p>against the petitioner shall be kept in abeyance; till finalisation of the<\/p>\n<p>proceedings as above.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">       The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                                          P.
