2.   27.7.2011                 This appeal shall be heard along with Cr. Appeal<\/p>\n
                     No. 831 of 2011(S.J.) in which the lower court records have<\/p>\n
                     already been called for as also with Cr. Appeal No. 855 of<\/p>\n
                     2011(S.J.)<\/p>\n
                                   On account of being convicted under different<\/p>\n
                     sections of the I.P.C<\/a>. as also the Prevention of Corruption Act<\/a><\/p>\n
                     and being sentenced to suffer rigorous imprisonment for one<\/p>\n
                     year, the appellant was admitted to provisional bail by the trial<\/p>\n
                     court, i.e., Special Judge, Vigilance-II, Patna in Special Case No.<\/p>\n
                     5 of 1991 which was valid till 30.7.2011.<\/p>\n
                                   The provisional bail granted to the appellant,<\/p>\n
                     namely, Govind Prasad Sinha, in the above noted case is hereby<\/p>\n
                     confirmed.\n<\/p>\n
