Case No.189 of 2010<\/p>\n<p>              corresponding to G.R. Case No.481 of 2010 registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1258372\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 147<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/763672\/\" id=\"a_1\">148<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/999134\/\" id=\"a_2\">149<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>              <a href=\"\/doc\/1599401\/\" id=\"a_3\">341<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_4\">323<\/a> &amp; <a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_5\">307<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code which is pending in the Court of learned<\/p>\n<p>              Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhupur at Deoghar.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                    It reveals that all the accused persons, after forming unlawful assembly, caused<\/p>\n<p>              assault to informant and his companion.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                    It is submitted that Gera Besra against whom there is allegation of assault has<\/p>\n<p>              been granted bail by the Court below. So far these petitioners are concerned, save<\/p>\n<p>              and except their name appearing in the written report, no specific overt act against<\/p>\n<p>              any of them has been alleged. No case u\/s 307 <a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_6\">I.P.C<\/a>. is made out.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                    Learned counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.<\/p>\n<p>                    Since the assailant Gera Besra has been granted regular bail, above named<\/p>\n<p>              petitioners are directed to appear before the Court below for seeking regular bail<\/p>\n<p>              which may be considered in view of the earlier order by which Gera Besra has been<\/p>\n<p>              granted regular bail and the prayer for regular bail, if made by the petitioners before<\/p>\n<p>              the Court below, shall be considered on the date of surrender itself.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                    With the observations, as aforesaid, this anticipatory bail application stands<\/p>\n<p>              disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">\n<p id=\"p_7\">                                                                      (D.N.
