None appeared on behalf of the<\/p>\n<p>                  State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The petitioner, who is apprehending his arrest<\/p>\n<p>                  in Chousa P.S. Case No. 35 of 2011 registered under<\/p>\n<p>                  <a href=\"\/doc\/1258372\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 147<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/222396\/\" id=\"a_1\">427<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1208971\/\" id=\"a_2\">353<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1522870\/\" id=\"a_3\">224<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1408303\/\" id=\"a_4\">171(G)<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1432790\/\" id=\"a_5\">188<\/a> of the Indian<\/p>\n<p>                  Penal Code and Section 130 of the Panchayati Raj Act, has<\/p>\n<p>                  prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              The allegation against the petitioner is that<\/p>\n<p>                  during the time of election within the radius of 500 metres<\/p>\n<p>                  of polling booth the petitioner was found talking on mobile<\/p>\n<p>                  phone and on this allegation the petitioner has been made<\/p>\n<p>                  accused.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                  the petitioner is a responsible person and he is posted as<\/p>\n<p>                  Deputy Superintendent of Police (Vigilance).<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              In view of the facts and circumstances, let the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner namely Mani Kant Paswan (Dy. S.P.), in the<\/p>\n<p>                  event of arrest or surrender before the court below within a<\/p>\n<p>                  period of six weeks from today be enlarged on bail on<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000 (ten thousand) with two<\/p>\n<p>         sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>         learned C.J.M. at Madhepura in connection with Chausa<\/p>\n<p>         P.S.
