First Application No.3910 of 2010 came to be dismissed<br \/>\nfor want of removal of office objection by order dated 23.12.2010 and<br \/>\nby means of filing this application, the applicant &#8211; original<br \/>\nappellant has prayed to recall said order and for restoration of the<br \/>\nappeal. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the<br \/>\nsubmissions   made by Mr.Shah, learned counsel for the applicant &#8211;<br \/>\nappellant, the application is allowed in terms of paragraph 4(A).<br \/>\nFirst Appeal No.3910 of 2010 is ordered to be restored to the file of<br \/>\nthis Court and one week&#8217;s time is granted to remove the office<br \/>\nobjection in the appeal as requested on behalf of the applicant.
