(C) No. 25906 OF 2010\n             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n            Dated this the 17th day of August, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           The petitioners were appointed as Upper Primary<\/p>\n<p>School Assistants respectively, in SDPY, GVHSS, Palluruthy<\/p>\n<p>and SDPY, BHS, Palluruthy, belonging to the 4th respondent.<\/p>\n<p>The respondents 7 to 11 were appointed under the schools<\/p>\n<p>belonging to the 4th respondent as Lower Primary School<\/p>\n<p>Assistants.   The grievance of the petitioner is that in<\/p>\n<p>anticipation of reduction of posts in the category of LPSA<\/p>\n<p>steps are already initiated to shift the petitioners to the<\/p>\n<p>category of LPSA to avoid a possible retrenchment of<\/p>\n<p>respondents 7 to 11.            According to the petitioners such<\/p>\n<p>shifting of posts is impermissible in law. But, they are not<\/p>\n<p>allowed to mark their attendance as UPSA based on such<\/p>\n<p>proposal, it is submitted.            In the said circumstances, they<\/p>\n<p>have preferred Exts.P9 and P10 before the 3rd respondent and<\/p>\n<p>they are pending before the 3rd respondent.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. Considering the fact that the petitioner have already<\/p>\n<p>taken up their grievances before the 3rd respondent as per<\/p>\n<p>WPC.No.25906\/2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                              : 2 :<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Exts.P9 and P10 and that they are pending before the 3rd<\/p>\n<p>respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to<\/p>\n<p>the 3rd respondent to consider and pass orders on Exts.P9 and<\/p>\n<p>P10 expeditiously, at any rate within a period of six weeks<\/p>\n<p>from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment with notice<\/p>\n<p>to the petitioners, 4th Respondent and to respondents 7 to 11.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                       Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                  (C.T.
