The allegations in the complaint are that one bank<br \/>\n\tletter purportedly sanctioning the loan of Rs.5 Lacs for obtaining<br \/>\n\tStudent Visa of U.K. was fabricated. When other co-accused have been<br \/>\n\treleased on bail, on the ground of parity, petitioner is required to<br \/>\n\tbe released on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Considering<br \/>\n\tthe above prima facie aspects of the matter, I find this is a fit<br \/>\n\tcase for granting bail. Under the circumstances, the applicant is<br \/>\n\tordered to be released on bail in connection with C.R. No. I-277 of<br \/>\n\t2010 registered with Sector 21 Police Station, Gandhinagar on his<br \/>\n\tfurnishing bond of Rs. 25,000\/-(Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with<br \/>\n\tone surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the lower Court and<br \/>\n\tsubject to following conditions :\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">not<br \/>\n\ttake undue advantage of his liberty or abuse his liberty;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">not<br \/>\n\tact in a manner injurious to the interest of the prosecution;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">maintain<br \/>\n\tlaw and order;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">mark<br \/>\n\this presence before the concerned Police Station on every 1st<br \/>\n\tand 15th day of English Calendar month between 11:00 am<br \/>\n\tto 2:00 pm:\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">not<br \/>\n\tleave the State of Gujarat without prior permission of the Sessions<br \/>\n\tJudge concerned;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">furnish<br \/>\n\tthe address of his residence at the time of execution of the bond<br \/>\n\tand shall not change the residence without prior permission of  this<br \/>\n\tCourt;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">surrender<br \/>\n\this passport, if any, to the Lower Court immediately.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">\tIf<br \/>\nbreach of any of the above conditions is committed,  the Sessions<br \/>\nJudge concerned will be free  to take appropriate action in the<br \/>\nmatter.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">\tBail<br \/>\nbefore the Lower Court having jurisdiction to try the case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute.
