Srivastava\n                       For respondent no.3 :Mr. Satyavrat Verma\n                                      -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">03.   20.07.2011               Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent no.3.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                               Petitioner seeks a direction upon the respondents to<\/p>\n<p>                   grant him the benefit of the Assured Career Progression (ACP)<\/p>\n<p>                   Scheme on completion of 12 years and 24 years of services.<\/p>\n<p>                   According to him, he completed 12 years of service on 9.8.1999<\/p>\n<p>                   and 24 years of service on 01.05.2008.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                               Both parties have taken a very fair stand before this<\/p>\n<p>                   Court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                               Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that<\/p>\n<p>                   petitioner would be raising the aforesaid grievance(s) before<\/p>\n<p>                   respondent no.3 by filing a detailed representation which may be<\/p>\n<p>                   directed to be considered and disposed of within stipulated<\/p>\n<p>                   period.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                               Mr. Verma appearing on behalf of Patna Municipal<\/p>\n<p>                   Corporation, submits that if any such representation is filed, the<\/p>\n<p>                   said respondent shall consider and dispose of the same in<\/p>\n<p>                   accordance with law by a reasoned order.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                               Having heard both parties, this Court disposes of the<\/p>\n<p>                   present application by the following order:<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">                 &#8220;Let     the   petitioner   file   a   detailed<br \/>\n     representation supported by all documents in his<br \/>\n     possession together with a copy of the present order<br \/>\n     within four weeks before respondent no.3 (Municipal<br \/>\n     Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, Patna). If<br \/>\n     any such representation is filed in the manner aforesaid,<br \/>\n     respondent no.3 shall consider and dispose of the same<br \/>\n     in accordance with law within six weeks of its filing.<br \/>\n     If the order disposing of the application admits the<br \/>\n     claim of the petitioner, then the authority shall ensure<br \/>\n     that the   said benefit(s) are made available to the<br \/>\n     petitioner as quickly as possible.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">                         ( Kishore K.
