Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :01\/09\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                         KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n               ---------------------------------------\n                   W.P.(C) No.11737 OF 2006\n               ---------------------------------------\n          Dated this the 1st day of September, 2008.\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioner is aggrieved by the steps taken for recovery of<\/p>\n<p>electricity dues. The main grievance is that petitioner has not<\/p>\n<p>been furnished with a true statement of accounts.       There is<\/p>\n<p>already an interim order dated 25.04.2006 directing the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to remit Rs.7,500\/- .\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. There will be a direction to the second respondent to<\/p>\n<p>furnish true statement of accounts to the petitioner within a<\/p>\n<p>period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>judgment and in case there is any dispute on the statement<\/p>\n<p>furnished by the second respondent, it will be open to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner to pursue her statutory remedy.
