Appellant has requested for para-wise<br \/>\ncomplete information along with certified photocopy of relevant documents.\n<\/p>\n<p>Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present:\n<\/p>\n<p>Appellant: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>Respondent: Absent;\n<\/p>\n<p>The PIO states that same matter has already been decided in Decision number<br \/>\nCIC\/SG\/A\/2009\/001497\/4348 dated 3 August 2009. The appellant has clearly filed another<br \/>\nappeal on the same RTI application with the same material.
