JUSTICE R.M.DOSHIT)<\/p>\n<p>\tLeave<br \/>\nto implead the objector Shri Dipen H.Desai as party respondent.<br \/>\nLearned advocate Mr.B.S.Patel has appeared for the objector.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tFeeling<br \/>\naggrieved by the order dated 1st January 2010 made by the<br \/>\nDistrict Registrar, Cooperative  Societies, Surat, the petitioners<br \/>\nhave approached this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of<br \/>\nIndia.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tThe<br \/>\npetitioners one Bhatlai Gamna Piyat Vistarma Panini Vahechani Mateni<br \/>\nSahkari Mandli Limited and others claim to be the agricultural credit<br \/>\ncooperative societies. They have claimed a right to be included in<br \/>\nthe voters&#8217; list for the forthcoming election of the Managing<br \/>\nCommittee of the Agriculture Produce Market Committee, Surat.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tBy<br \/>\nimpugned order, the petitioners are not believed to be agricultural<br \/>\ncredit cooperative societies for inclusion in the voters&#8217; list.<br \/>\nFeeling aggrieved, the petitioners have approached this Court.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tPrima<br \/>\nfacie, we are not satisfied that the petitioners are the agricultural<br \/>\ncredit cooperative societies.
