KURIAKOSE, J.\n               ..........................................................\n                         W.P.(C)No.30162 OF 2007\n               ...........................................................\n                DATED THIS THE 11TH OCTOBER, 2007\n\n                                J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Smt.T.B.Remani, Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>respondents 1 to 4.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I do not propose to go into the merits of the matter,<\/p>\n<p>especially since I am informed that the civil court is already in seisin of<\/p>\n<p>the matter.     However, considering the nature of the allegations<\/p>\n<p>levelled against the Panchayat in Ext.P6 representation which is<\/p>\n<p>submitted to the Minister, I am of the view that this Writ Petition can<\/p>\n<p>be disposed of issuing the following directions:-<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      The petitioner is permitted to file a proper representation voicing<\/p>\n<p>all the grievances which she has voiced in Ext.P6 before the 4th<\/p>\n<p>respondent-Deputy       Director.          If    the     petitioner      files such a<\/p>\n<p>representation before the 4th respondent within seven days from<\/p>\n<p>today, the 4th respondent will issue notice to the 6th respondent, get a<\/p>\n<p>report from the 5th respondent, hear the petitioner and the 6th<\/p>\n<p>respondent and take a correct decision, after holding such further<\/p>\n<p>enquiries as may be necessary.
