SIRI JAGAN, J.\n                  -------------------------------\n                  W.P.(C)NO.27370 OF 2007\n                 ----------------------------------\n      DATED THIS THE 14th DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2007\n\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In respect of a dispute regarding seniority and consequent<\/p>\n<p>promotion as Headmistress in the school where the petitioner is<\/p>\n<p>working, the petitioner has filed Ext.P8 revision before the<\/p>\n<p>Director of Public Instructions, the 2nd respondent herein. The<\/p>\n<p>petitioner seeks a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and<\/p>\n<p>pass appropriate orders on Ext.P8 revision expeditiously.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I have heard the learned Government pleader also. In<\/p>\n<p>the nature of the order I propose to pass I do not think it<\/p>\n<p>necessary to issue notice to respondents 5 and 6.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   In the facts and circumstances of the case, there<\/p>\n<p>would be a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass<\/p>\n<p>appropriate orders on Ext.P8 revision petition filed by the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner as expeditiously as possible, at any rate, within two<\/p>\n<p>months from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment after<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">W.P.(c)No.27370\/07                2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioner and<\/p>\n<p>respondents 5 and 6.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      The writ petition is disposed of as above.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                      S.
