Tripathy, Sr. Advocate in\n                                    B.A. No. 37\/2011\n          For   the State         : APP\n                                  --------\n07-10\/05<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\/2011     Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and counsel for the<br \/>\n          State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                    It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that in paragraph 80<br \/>\n          of the case diary, the I.O. has inter alia observed that the deceased<br \/>\n          misbehaved with daughter in law of co accused- Nageshwar Sao and<br \/>\n          that doctor has found that injuries were insufficient to cause death<br \/>\n          and that viscera report has not been received as yet and that<br \/>\n          petitioners are in jail for for about 10 months<br \/>\n                    In the circumstances, petitioners above named, are directed to<br \/>\n          be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000\/- ( Ten<br \/>\n          thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the<br \/>\n          satisfaction of District &amp; Sessions Judge, Palamau at Daltonganj, in<br \/>\n          connection with Lesliganj P.S. Case No. 28 of 2010, G.R. No. 952 of<br \/>\n          2010, S.T. No. 31\/11, on the conditions that one of the bailers will be<br \/>\n          their close relative and other should have landed property within the<br \/>\n          jurisdiction of the court.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                                       ( R.
